Persian Gaz

Gaz is one of Iran's traditional products. In the production of gaz, no artificial additives are used. The traditional and renowned additive in this product is a natural gum called "gazangabin," which has its main habitat in the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province in the Baladeh region of Iran. The gazangabin plant grows naturally and organically in the mountains of the Baladeh region in the spring season. The value of gaz depends on the amount of gazangabin used in it, as well as the quality of nuts such as pistachios and almonds. Gaz is produced in two forms: flour-based and nougat-based, with the choice of your preferred nut content.

Mamai Almonds

One of the rarest and most premium types of almonds is the "Mamai Almond," native to Iran and specifically the Saman region in the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. You experience the uniqueness of this almond with its sweet taste, golden color, and twin kernels. This almond is exclusive to Iran due to its extremely high altitude, ability to withstand temperature differences of about 60 degrees Celsius throughout the year, and its strong resistance to cold. The Mamai Almond is considered one of the most exceptional almonds globally, known for its resistance to various pests and impermeability to almond kernels, making it an organic product. Due to its high nutritional content, including nutrients, unsaturated fats, vitamins, and minerals, Mamai Almond is considered a nutritious snack. This seed is a rich source of B and E vitamins and an important source of protein. As a result, it is highly recommended for all age groups from 6 months to the elderly, especially athletes, pregnant women, and strict vegetarians. The nutritional value of Mamai Almond and its benefits make it a top choice for individuals who prioritize healthy nutrition and well-being.
